David Margolius is the President and co-founder of Validio Software. With three decades of business development, management, and IS expertise, Margolius' client-focused vision guides Validio's business strategy. He drives sales, marketing and business-development initiatives. David holds a Master of Business Management degree from the College of Economy and Finance in St. Petersberg, Russia, and a diploma in computer programming from New York's Albert Merill School.
As the Vice President and co-founder of Validio Software, Mr. Kalinovsky oversees service delivery and overall operations of the Ukraine-based development center. He also works closely with new and existing clients, establishing and maintaining successful relationships. Andrew has over 15 years of experience in technology development and outsourcing, and has been with Validio since its inception in 1994. He holds a master's degree in computer science from Kharkov National University of Radio-Electronics, from which he graduated with honors.
Jeff Bianco is a partner and an advisor to Validio Software. Jeff’s 20-year track record in high-tech business and his entrepreneurial success help him to drive Validio’s business strategy. Prior to working with Validio, Mr. Bianco founded and managed a series of successful technology companies working with industry leaders like Microsoft, HP, Corel, and others. Together with Validio, Jeff continues to bring innovative solutions to businesses and consumers through his latest enterprises such as 
Mr. Santella brings decades of experience into Validio's business development team. His background includes software development management positions at Mobil Oil Corp, Boeing and PACCAR, as well as senior sales and business management roles at Vista Development (a subsidiary of the Raima Corporation) and Computer Tools International. Wally's responsibilities at Validio cover business development, sales, contracts, and marketing. His education includes studies at Alaska Methodist University and Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
Mr. Landgraf provides strategic direction and management for Validio's Ukraine-based development center. Yuri joined Validio in 1995, and has been working as the Director of Software Development since 1998. Yuri is responsible for overseeing the software development process, customer satisfaction, overall resource planning, training and HR. Mr. Landgraf graduated from Kharkov National University of Radio Electronics with an MS degree in computer science.
As the Director of Validio Ukraine, Mr. Matveev handles all aspects of operations for Validio's Ukraine-based development center, including business planning, finance, purchasing, and infrastructure. Dmitriy has over 15 years of experience in business and management, and has been with Validio since 1996. He holds a master's degree in biophysics from Kharkov State University, where he graduated with honors.
