Training Opportunities

At Validio (now GlobalLogic), we invest in training skilled and competent professionals, and we have maintained an in-house training center since 1999. We offer free training courses to applicants who, after demonstrating promising results in job interviews and test assignments, require extra training to be ready for client assignments.

We offer each trainee a comfortable workspace and all necessary training materials. Accomplished professionals serve as mentors, providing consultative support and verifying test assignments. Training usually lasts one to four months and can be either full-time or part-time. Top trainees receive generous scholarships. Upon completion of successful training, each trainee joins our team as a full-time employee.
