Testing Procedure

On a testing date, a candidate must arrive at the Test Center 10-15 minutes before the exam. To register, the candidate must have with them any two identifications (both of the identifications must contain the candidate’s signature, and one of them – his or her photo). The acceptable identifications are: passport (both external and internal where applicable), military ID, driving license, employment ID, credit cards.

The candidate must carefully read through the Testing Rules and accept them by signing the corresponding Prometric Testing Center Regulations document. The document will be kept in the Test Center.

It is not allowed to bring any personal things such as bags, purses, cases or mobile phones into the test room, so, they must be given to the Test Center Administrator for the time of the exam. The Administrator will put them into a safe and give the key to the things owner.

The Test Center Administrator provides the candidate with a laminated panel, marker and other necessary materials to complete the exam.

Any time the candidate leaves the test room for a break, they must have one of the identifications with them, while the other one is kept by the Test Center Administrator. The identification is checked every time after a break before resuming the exam. The break time must not exceed 10 minutes. The exam timer is not paused during breaks.

The Test Center Administrator will continuously monitor the exam process. If there are any violations, the exam is stopped, and corresponding information is provided to Prometric. In case of a violation, the candidate is disqualified from taking the violated or any other Prometric certification exam and is not entitled to any compensation for the exam.

After completing an exam, the examinee must give back all the materials to the Test Center Administrator, on which the Administrator prints out the examinee’s Score Report and gives it to them.

During the next 24 hours the system automatically posts the results into the certifying and vendor companies’ databases. Based on this data, a certificate acknowledging the candidate’s status is prepared and sent to the candidate within 1-2 months. Until that moment, the fact of taking an exam by the candidate is proved by his or her Score Report.
