Ongoing software support and maintenance

After development, a software application or system often requires continued improvement and support. While Validio does not host a large-scale call center, we recognize the need to assist our clients with support for their software systems, and especially systems we have developed.

We have support experience with desktop applications as well as live web and client/server systems, and offer multiple support options:

  • New feature and change implementation
  • Technical support (developer-level bug fixing)
  • Customer support (user-level support via e-mail, chat, or phone)

Validio can provide customer support in many languages, including English, German, French, Italian, and Spanish. We can provide a variety of options for support hours, including 24/7 coverage.
